Jukka-Pekka Lilja

Jukka-Pekka Lilja has studied and practised Taoist Yoga since 1986. He is a leading expert and instructor in this field in Finland. He has trained with many renowned teachers, such as Juan Li, Mantak Chia, Chungliang al Huang, Micheal Winn and Rex Lassalle. Jukka-Pekka is an authorised instructor of Universal Tao by Master Mantak Chia and he also runs a well-respected Vitaalishiatsu Massage College in Finland. He teaches at his centre, Luonnon Keskus, located in a beautiful and quiet setting near Helsinki. Jukka-Pekka also gets invited around Finland to lecture and train to various interest groups.
