Luonnon Keskus (Ltd)

Luonnon Keskus is a private company founded by Jukka-Pekka Lilja in 1988. From the very beginnig our aim has been to encourage and support people to live in harmony with nature, provide them an environment to learn skills to maintain and enhance their health, creativity and spirituality.

Thanks to the hundreds of visitors from Finland and overseas, who have attended our courses and workshops throughout the years, we are able to continue and develop our center and work.

Our shop

We also have a small shop at our center. There is a selection of books, t-shirts, Taoist prints, videos, stevia etc.

Our courses and workshops

We offer for example courses in Vitaali-Shiatsu Massage Therapy and Taoist Yoga, which both lead to a Diploma. We also have workshops in shamanic drum making and handcrafting, creative arts, exercise, relaxation and meditation as well as courses about well-balanced nutrition and vegetarian food. Furthermore we offer tailoir-made courses for various organisations.

Vitaali-Shiatsu Massage

Vitaalishiatsu is a relaxing, invigorating and therapeutic whole body treatment. The Vitaali-Shiatsu therapist, Jukka-Pekka Lilja offers treatments at Luonnon Keskus. Treatments are also available by other therapists that are qualified from Luonnon Keskus.
